Tour Details :

08:30 am – You will be picked up in an air-conditioned car by our driver, as you will leave for full day sightseeing of Jaipur. The major tourist attractions to be explored in this tour are Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal and Albert Hall Museum.

Amber Fort

This fort is about 11 km away from Jaipur and was built in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh. It overlooks the Maota Lake and comprised of a temple and various courtyards. Amber Fort is also known as “Amer Fort” and known for creative Hindu & Muslim style elements.

Jal Mahal

This palace is built of red sandstone and situated in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. Jal Mahal was built in 1799 by Sawai Pratap Singh and displays Mughal-Rajputana style of architecture. This palace is a five storey building that remains submerged in the water and only the topmost level is noticeable.

Hawa Mahal

Famously known as Palace of Winds, Hawa Mahal was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. The king constructed this palace for the royal women to see the everyday market activities through the windows. The beehive structure of this Palace is amazing and has many windows (Jharokhas) decorated with intricate designs.

City Palace

This big palace complex was built in 1932 by Maharaja Jai Singh II and has many buildings like Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal and others. City Palace is known for remarkable blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. It also has a museum with different galleries for artifacts, treatises on architecture, scholarly manuscripts, exquisite miniatures and rare paintings. The wonderful collection of swords and guns dates back to the 15th century.

Jantar Mantar

This is one of the most famous astronomical observatories having various architectural instruments. The real meaning of this observatory is “calculation instrument”, which carries a huge amount of religious and astronomical importance. Jantar Mantar has fourteen devices that are mainly used for predicting eclipses, knowing the time, finding a star location and much more.

18.00 pm – On completion of the sightseeing, you will be picked up in an air-conditioned car and dropped at the hotel/desired place in Jaipur.
