You will not license, publish, reproduce, perform, display, transmit, distribute, copy, modify, transfer, create derivative works from, or sell any kind of services, products, software, and information, obtained from this particular website.

  This website might contain links to other websites that are operated by parties other than Vacation Trip India. Such links are offered for your convenience only. Vacation Trip India is not responsible for their content under any circumstance and does not control such websites. Your business dealings or correspondence with or participation in activities such as but not limited to promotions found in or through such websites are solely between you and such parties. You agree that Vacation Trip India shall not be liable or responsible for any damage or loss of any kind incurred due to such dealings or as a result of the presence of such links on Vacation Trip India website.
• No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

For any Software not accompanied by a license agreement, Vacation Trip India hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using this Web site in accordance with these terms and conditions, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Please note that all Software, including without limitation all Source code contained in this Web site, is owned by Vacation Trip India and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. the software is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the license agreement. You acknowledge that the Software, and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information, is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of India.
• Online bookings
  Vacation Trip India has made this facility available to you as a value-added service. Using this service, you can make your online booking/booking request for booking various services offered by Vacation Trip India. Your booking request will be processed for confirmation of prices and availability of services requested by you. Only on confirmation to you about the prices and availability, Vacation Trip India will be bound to provide you the requested services subject however to you making full payment and complying with the relevant terms and conditions. Any correspondence with, you prior to Vacation Trip India aforesaid confirmation, will not be treated as any acceptance of your request. The online booking of the products and services made available through this website is subject to availability and solely at the discretion of Vacation Trip India and/or its respective suppliers. Please ensure that all information given by you while booking is correct. For security reasons and to be able to advice you of any developments affecting your travel we need to be able to contact you by telephone and email and to have your correct address on record. If any or all of these contact details are not correctly given by you, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction at your risk and cost. The right to access and transact on this website is reserved for use any particular credit card on the site for payment purposes.
• Passport and Visa
  Visa and passport are needed to enter India. An overseas citizen requires a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of the tour and a current visa to enter India. Passport must also contain two blank visa pages. ‘Visa on Arrival’ in India facility is available for few countries – please consult Indian Embassy/Consulate in your Country. It is of utmost importance that you thoroughly check your visa requirements and validity before your intended date of travel. Additionally if your trip includes a visit to Nepal or Bhutan and requires you to return to India to take your international flight home, you would have to apply for a double/multiple entry Indian visa. Please be aware that is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain all correct documentation prior to arrival in India.
• Liability
  In addition to your enjoyment and comfort, Vacation Trip India make sure that you explore, travel and stay in a risk free and safe environment. However, Vacation Trip India is not responsible, in any sense of the term, for the safety, health, and/or condition, of any guest’s person, their wards, or their property. Your acceptance to our standard terms & conditions is also your legal binding and unconditional acceptance of the preceding statement.
• Every person traveling in the tour expressly acknowledge that you are cognizant of all risks of travel and arrangements for trips of this nature and fully disclaim, waive and discharge Vacation Trip India (including its employees, directors, management and shareholders) from any kind of loss, damages, claims, liability or responsibilities (including damage to or loss of your property, or your injury or death) with regard to the proposed tour and/or visit, and arrangements made with respect thereto, even if caused by the negligence of any airlines, transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, or any other party providing services or accommodations included in the visit/ tour. Vacation Trip India will likewise not be liable for any lost baggage, damages for delayed, losses, claims or any loss of intangibles such as frustration, distress, feelings of disappointment, pleasure or whether physical or mental, which might have resulted from any act or omission of any other party providing services to you during your visit/ tour.
• Insurance

For your protection, Vacation Trip India (tour company in India) strongly suggest that you purchase insurance that gives adequate coverage for lost luggage, personal accident, medical expenses and cancellation or change of tour. Please note that there are exclusions to coverage of insurance. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the insurance coverage purchased and make sure that the coverage matches with your travel requirements. To ensure the most complete coverage during the dates of travel, insurance must be fully paid for at the time of booking.

Cancellation Terms

• You can make changes or cancel your current Tour Contract before the commencement of your tour. This cancellation or change must be given in a written form to the company and will be subject to the cancellation policy mentioned below.
• The date of change or cancellation will be the date when the company receives notice of your change or cancellation request.
• The changes or cancellation of any domestic flight or international flights booked by Vacation Trip India as part of your trip might subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions and any such charges or fees will be borne fully by the tourist.
• Vacation Trip India will disburse any applicable refund amount within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the instruction/ request to change or cancel the tour as per the below mentioned cancellation terms.

Refunds

In accordance with the agreed-to terms and conditions, all payments and transportation, or travel service, unutilized shall be swiftly refunded, unless the passenger otherwise instruct the Vacation Trip India in writing. If you do not make payments as per the schedule agreed upon, or cancel you tour, Vacation Trip India shall process the refund after deducting the cancellation cost; in less than 15 days from the earliest of the mentioned below:

a) Scheduled date of Departure.
b) Request received by the guest for refund.
c) Day of cancellation by Vacation Trip India.

In the event of cancellation due to any unforeseeable situations, beyond the control of Vacation Trip India (such as natural calamity), we will process a full refund after deducting any Non Refundable Charges incurred, within 15 days of cancellation, after adjusting for any unrecoverable payments already tendered to our suppliers. The refund, if any shall be made only in cheques and in Indian rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of refund as per applicable laws, rules and regulations. Please note- In case of no show, as defined above, will not qualify for any refunds, for any part of your tour, except decided at the sole discretion of Vacation Trip India.

These terms and condition are governed by the laws of India.
