• Day 1 : Arrival at Cochin and half day sightseeing in Cochin

  On your arrival at Cochin airport for Fascinating Kerala Tour, our representative will transfer you to air : conditioned car as you will leave for your hotel to have short relax. Later you will embark upon half day sightseeing, wherein you will visit Mattancherry Palace, which was built by the Portuguese and presented to the Raja of Kochi in 1555. Then visit Santa Cruz Basilica, built 1905 with exquisite murals and frescoes by the Portuguese and has an excellent gothic façade flanked by two majestic towers. After this visit St. Francis Church, which was built by the Portuguese in 1503 AD is the oldest European church in India. Later visit Indo : Portuguese museum, which is a Christian heritage museum is located on the Cochin Bishop House premises. The museum has five galleries with an outstanding collection of treasures that offers a glimpse of Cochin’s Portuguese heritage. On completion of the sightseeing, you will leave to visit the Kathakali center to enjoy traditional Kathakali dance. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Drive to Munnar and half day sightseeing in Munnar

  Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will drive towards Munnar. After reaching this place, you will check  in the hotel for short relax. Later you will embark upon half day sightseeing, wherein you will leave to visit the tea museum : which describes the evolution and origin of tea plantations in this place. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Full day sightseeing in Munnar

  After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for full day sightseeing in Munnar wherein you will visit Mattupetty dam : this concrete dam is constructed between the hill ranges and mainly used for water storage. It is an relaxing place to enjoy the peaceful nature. Then continue sightseeing by visiting Echo Point : picnic spot wherein you will like to leisurely walk around the foggy green slopes of this lake. You can also clearly hear your loud voice echoing within this reservoir. After this, you will visit Eravikulam National Park : national park to give a safe place to the already endangered species of Nilgiri Tahr because this region is the natural habitat of this animal. Then visit Kundala lake : wherein you can enjoy boating. On completion of the sightseeing, return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Drive to Periyar and half day sightseeing in Periyar

  Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will drive towards Periyar. After reaching this place, you will check : in the hotel for short relax. Later you will embark upon half day sightseeing wherein you will visit Periyar National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a renowned tiger and elephant reserve. The National Park is fully covered with dense forest and green grasslands. The wildlife includes deer, gaurs, lion tailed macaques, elephants, Indian tigers and many others. Then visit Periyar lake, which has boating facility and you can easily see wild elephants playing in the lake. Return to the hotel for comfortable overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Drive to backwaters and relax at houseboat

  After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave towards backwaters. On reaching this place, you will board the houseboat and start the captivating backwater cruising. You will enjoy the most enthralling holiday experience at this place and will be served with the delicious food inside the houseboat. Overnight in the houseboat.

• Day 6 : Driver to Mararikulam and relax at the hotel

  Have breakfast at the houseboat, then you will leave towards Mararikkulam. After reaching this place, you will check : in the hotel for short relax. Rest of the day is free for independent activities. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 7 : Full day sightseeing in Mararikulam

• Day 8 : Drive to Cochin and drop at Cochin airport
