All the private tours are flexible and will allow you to make a decision on places to visit. We provide English speaking guide during the time of sightseeing. On completion of the trip, you will be dropped through our vehicle at your preferred location (hotel or airport).

How to request a Tailor-made tour package?
You can request for custom-made tour by using our Contact Us form on the website. After receiving your request for a bespoke tour, we will contact you either by email or phone to discuss the travel plans before making your custom tour itinerary based on your preference. Only after the itinerary and other relevant details are accepted by you, deposit the amount for confirmed reservations.
How to cancel my travel plan?
In case, you or any of the member of the tour wishes to cancel it, then cancellation request will be considered valid if it is processed online on our website using Contact form or communication through your registered email in our records. On receiving your request for cancellation, Vacation Trip India will contact you to verify the cancellation request. Only after the confirmation, we will process your refund amount within 4 to 5 weeks as per the Terms and Conditions.
What will happen if I seek change in my booking?
You can ask for alteration by using Contact Us form that is available on our website or by communicating through your registered email with us. Changes in your Tour package can be done at the sole discretion of Vacation Trip India, only after the travel related logistics are sorted out.
